1. All items are unique and handmade. This means no two will be exactly alike.

2. Actual colours can be slightly different than shown in picture.

3. As the chains are plated, the plating will wear with time. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to purchase another chain; and if you send us your pendant we will happily re attach it free of charge. 

4. Please feel free to ask any questions before purchasing in order to ensure the best experience for both sides.

5. In the rare case that we sell out of a particular piece or an order of a large quantity is made you will be notified and we will communicate with you a time frame that you can expect to recieve your goods. If this time frame is not suitable a refund will be offered.

6. Since this is a small business, all sales will be considered as-is and final - but we will be happy to discuss any issues and try to find an amicable solution where feasible.

7. All rural orders or orders made from outside of New Zealand or Australia will have to be pre-approved through email and will have additional shipping costs.
